Instructions for submitting abstracts

  • Deadline abstract submission: 28 February.
  • Both the abstract and the final paper must be written in the official languages of the Congress (English).
  • The presenting author must be registered for the congress.
  • Each presenting author may submit up to TWO abstracts. Only one oral presentation is possible.
  • The abstract will only be accepted if it complies with the rules.
  • The abstract must be submitted using the web application.
SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT
  • If the abstract is submitted as an attachment, it must be in Word format and using the template provided by the organization.
  • Each abstract must be submitted indicating the preferred presentation method (oral or poster).
  • When submitting the abstract, authors should choose the most relevant thematic areas; however, the organizing committee reserves the right to decide on the most appropriate area.
  • Abstracts from authors who are not duly registered before 15 June 2025 will not be accepted.
  • The Private Area of each author will be activated for abstracts to be submitted until their abstract is sent for evaluation.
  • Should the authors wish to make any corrections from that time and until the abstract submission deadline, they should contact the secretariat for approval to submit a new abstract.
  • The author of the submission will be informed by email as to whether their abstract has been accepted shortly after the end of the evaluation process, in any case at least one week before the early bird registration deadline.
  • The type of presentation will be communicated together with the acceptance.

The submission of full papers is encouraged. The proceedings of LT30 will be published as a “topical collection” of the Journal of Low Temperature Physics, see https://link.springer.com/journal/10909.

Submission will open in June 2025. The publication committee is available on https://www.lt30.es/committees/.

Authors’ abstract should address at least one theme in one of the following six areas. You can consult the composition of the committees on the webpage, https://www.lt30.es/committees/.

  • PC1. Quantum gases, fluids and solids.
  • PC2. Superconductivity.
  • PC3. Quantum materials – magnetism and topology.
  • PC4. Nanophysics and quantum transport.
  • PC5. Quantum information and technologies.
  • PC6. Cryogenic techniques and applications.
